4. Climate Imprint Theory — A Framework and Its Limits

This is not coincidence. It is the continuation of biological instinct in human beings.

After extensive research and reasoning, I have developed a complete theoretical framework. I call it Climate Imprint Theory.

Before going further, I need to state something clearly.

This Is a Bias, Not a Destiny

The climate environment at the time of birth leaves an initial tendency — a starting point, not an endpoint.

There is causation within this framework. But causation breaks down inside a system as complex as a human being. Too many variables, too many experiences, too many choices — all continuously modifying, layering over, and sometimes completely overriding that initial tendency.

Treat it as a prompt. An entry point for understanding yourself. Nothing more, and nothing less.

Three Findings Worth Sharing

1. Extreme environments produce vivid temperaments

When the climate at birth sits at an energy extreme — whether peak or trough — the survival pressures facing the organism are highly concentrated, and the available response strategies narrow and harden.

This may explain why certain zodiac signs are associated with particularly vivid and unmistakable temperamental traits:

• Aries (around the Spring Equinox): temperature rising sharply, light intensifying rapidly — corresponding to concentrated bursts of instantaneous potential energy.

• Leo (around Major Heat): energy input at its annual peak — corresponding to sustained output and a dominant orientation.

• Capricorn and Aquarius (around Winter Solstice and Major Cold): the system’s entropy near its annual low — corresponding to high inward concentration of energy and restraint.

2. Temperate environments produce complexity

Not every season sits at an extreme. Around May, June, and October, the climate rests in relatively balanced transitional zones — temperature and light do not constitute intense survival pressure.

In these conditions, the biological system has surplus capacity to develop more complex response strategies — not just responses to the natural environment, but responses to the social environment: finer information processing, more nuanced interpersonal navigation.

This may explain why signs like Gemini and Libra are so often described in terms of social complexity and adaptability.

3. Zodiac signs are not mysterious — but they have a geographic precondition

The zodiac system originated in the temperate zone between approximately 30°N and 40°N latitude. The climate rhythms it encodes are, at their core, the phenological patterns of that latitudinal band.

If you were born near the equator, in polar regions, or anywhere with indistinct seasons, the zodiac sign assigned by your birth date holds almost no reference value for you — because the actual climate you were born into differs fundamentally from the environment that band describes. Zodiac signs are not mysterious. They are an ancient climate record — documenting the phenological state of a specific time and place, and the traces that state may leave on a person.
